Our Promise ~ la promesse ~ is to do better by the world that we live in.

Sustainability is at the heart of ARgENTUM. From the natural ingredients that we select to the supply chain partners we choose, and the packaging decisions we make, we value ethical and environmentally-friendly work practices and production.

All products are cruelty-free. We have never used ingredients that have been tested on animals. We source DNA HP that is an ethical by-product of the Alaskan salmon industry which would otherwise go to waste.

The beauty industry is notoriously a major contributor to the world’s plastic problem. We deliberately use the absolute minimum of plastic in our packaging, opting for fully recyclable uncoated FSC paper and card as well as Miron glass to protect our natural formulations. To add to this, all our bottles, jars, and outer packaging boxes are mindfully designed so that they can be reused and provide smart storage solutions.

The University College London Hospital (UCLH) Charity and GreenTheUK are two charities which we consistently support. UCLH is an NHS Foundation Trust that carries out world-leading research. The ARgENTUM family has close ties with UCLH and has experienced the unparalleled care of UCLH teams, which is why funding further care, training, and research is so close to our hearts.

GreenTheUK works with farmers, local community groups, and schools to help plant hundreds of thousands of trees. The plants are specially selected to suit the location in which they’re planted for higher survival rates and to contribute to biodiversity. We support their efforts in nurturing woodland as well as kelp forests along the 18,000 kilometres of the UK’s beautiful coastline ~ encouraging biodiversity and working towards a healthier planet that improves everyone’s quality of life.
