What are my UK delivery options?

STANDARD DELIVERY - FREE
Royal Mail Tracked (2-3 working days).
Not available to the Channel Islands (including Alderney and Herm).

NEXT-DAY DELIVERY - £10.00
Royal Mail Tracked (order before midday for delivery next working day).

What are my international delivery options?

We offer FREE INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY to the following countries.

INTERNATIONAL ~ FREE on all orders over £50.00

Tracked International Courier, 3-11 working days

ARgENTUM pays for all duties and taxes for orders delivered outside the UK until further notice. You won't be charged any additional costs when you receive your order.

ARgENTUM pays for all duties and taxes for orders delivered outside the UK until further notice. You won't be charged any additional costs when you receive your order.

If your country is not listed in our FREE INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY pop-up, please send an email to bonjour@argentumapothecary.com to check feasibility, or arrange a delivery quote.


How can I track my order?

Once you have placed an order with us, you will receive an email with all the details in, including a tracking number and link that tracks your order.

Alternatively, if you have created a MY Ag account, you will also be able to login to view your order history and track any current orders.

 


What is your returns policy?

We are happy to refund your purchase up to 30 days of receipt, as long as the product is still in its original packaging and un-opened. Please contact us to arrange a refund, which we can process on receipt of the products at Argentum Apothecary Ltd, Unit No.7, 135 Salusbury Road, London, NW6 6RJ, UK. Please keep your proof of postage until your refund has been received. If the products are being returned because they were incorrectly supplied then we will also refund the postage and packaging costs. For more information about our returns policy please read our T&C's.
