Finding time for an exfoliating skin-brushing session soon becomes as natural as brushing your teeth, helping to remove dry skin and improve circulation, for noticeably smoother, softer skin. Brush daily for best results or 2-3 times per week as required.
Brush skin before showering or bathing by starting at the feet and moving up the legs. Use circular motions around ankles, knees, and the hips and buttocks, where dead skin cells can build up. Brush the underside of thighs to stimulate blood flow, prevent the build up of cellulite, and help improve the appearance of skin tone and texture. Similarly, brush in a sweeping motion from hands to shoulders on the inside and outside of arms.
